Ready to Ship Items: Ready to ship items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order. We utilize UPS as our preferred method and United States Postal Service (USPS) as our secondary option for shipping. Orders including pre-ordered products will ship together once the entire order is ready. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with tracking information upon shipment.
Free Shipping for Orders Over $50: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 within the United States. The free shipping option will be available during the checkout process once the order total exceeds $50.
Local Pick Up (Within Chattanooga, TN): We offer free local pick up within Chattanooga, TN. For surrounding areas, please contact us for approval. We may still be able to meet you for a pick up. Select "In Store Pick Up" at checkout to utilize local pick up, and we will contact you when your order is ready.
Insurance: All packages are insured up to $100. In case of damage, loss, or any issues during transit, please contact our customer service team at info@FarmhouseLather.com or Text us at: 423-463-0332. If additional insurance coverage is desired, please contact us via email before placing your order.
Shipping Rates: For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to serve our international customers better.
